How soon can we get started?
We can start right away! Book your consultation via the website or contact us to book your consultation and we will get started as soon as possible.
Are sessions in-person or online?
Sessions are predominantly conducted online. However, they can be conducted face-to-face*. Feel free to ask about this option!
Are virtual sessions as effective as in-person sessions?
Absolutely! Our tutors are equipped with virtual learning technology which enables them to conduct the sessions effectively. The learning platforms utilised make it easy for the teaching and learning process to take place even if a student does not have a tablet.
What payments method are accepted?
We accept payments via cash, direct bank transfer and Western Union.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel a tutoring session, please give your tutor at least 24-hour notice. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours prior to the session will be billed in full.
